After our brief meeting in the dark alley, I got a true sense of our European counterparts. This tribe was used to the spotlight, but still dressed in a vampire motif that some would label gothic. A modern vamp with theatrical make-up and popular costume. Even the head vampire’s hair was overdramatic and spread around the cat- like features that adorned his face. He was almost too beautiful to be of the male species. I felt my own skin blush at the sight of him. We gazed into each others eyes- head vamp versus head vamp- and I could tell then that I wasn’t the only one doing the admiring.
